About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Technology Consultant to join a growing, collaborative team delivering end-to-end advisory, design, and implementation services across the Microsoft ecosystem – including Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Microsoft transformation projects across Azure, Dynamics 365, M365, and the Power Platform.

• Advise clients on digital strategies, governance frameworks, cost optimisation, and Microsoft technology roadmaps.

• Design and implement Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions.

• Develop and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).

• Support cloud migration and modernisation initiatives to ensure scalability, resilience, and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.

• Contribute to proposals, business development, and thought leadership in Microsoft-led transformation.

Requirements

• 4–10 years’ experience delivering Microsoft-based solutions in consulting or industry.

• Strong knowledge of Azure services (security, infrastructure, DevOps, governance, cost management, disaster recovery).

• Hands-on implementation experience across Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), M365, and Power Platform.

• Experience in cloud migration, integration, and security best practices.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

Desirable:

• Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Dynamics 365 Consultant, Power Platform).

• Experience in regulated industries such as public sector or financial services.

• Familiarity with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
